Abstract:X100 pipeline steels were rolled by thermal mechanical controlling process(TMCP),and then the mechanical properties, microstructure,EBSD and precipitations were investigated by means of metalloscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, etc. The testing steels have better comprehensive mechanical properties than the testing steel that the finished cooling temperature is at 491 ℃, when the finished rolling temperature is at 806 ℃,finished cooling temperature is at 415 ℃ and cooling velocity is 186 ℃/s by TMCP. For the testing steel by EBSD analysis, percentage of grain boundaries with large angle is up to 788%. With size increasing, the morphology of precipitations is regular. As the size of precipitations increasing, Nb/Ti is down.
