Abstract:In hot rolled dual phase steel, the finish rolling temperature, coiling temperature, cooling time and cooling mode have important influence on the ferrite grain size and the martensite morphology, distribution and content. And they also directly affect the mechanical properties of dual phase steel. The reasonable process was formulated by simulating the dynamic CCT curve of dual phase steel; the influence of final rolling temperature, coiling temperature, air cooling and air cooling mode of dual phase steel hot rolled dual phase steel DP600 hot rolling production process was analyzed. Finally, the key technical parameters of hot rolled dual phase steel were studied, and the appropriate dual phase steel hot rolling process was determined ultimately.
