Abstract:The trial of thermomechanical controlled processing was conducted in the hot strip mill of Panzhihua, and effects of finish rolling temperature, coiling temperature and cooling pattern after rolling on the microstructures and cold bending properties of automobile beam steels were analyzed. The results show that refine homogeneous ferrite grains and dispersed pearlite can be obtained when the low finish temperature 830 ℃, coiling temperature 600 ℃ and forestage cooling after rolling are adopted, and the automobile beam steels have good cold bending properties.
