Abstract:For the reeling pipe plance defect of Q345B high strength low alloy steel, the microhardness, mechanical properties, and microstructure of defect pipe were tested and analyzed. The reason of reeling pipe plane was found that was the bainitic with unusual content. Adopting the measures of increasing the furnace discharge temperature, reducing the finishing rolling temperature and reducing the rolling speed, the cooling speed was reduced and the hard phases microstructure was less. The product of perfect cool forming performances and microstructure thus could be obtained.
