Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the over standard yield ratio of HP345 steel, the experiment has studied the TMCP technology in tong gang FTSR production line. The results indicate that increasing the finishing temperature and coiling temperature and using after-stage cooling of laminar cooling mode can reduce the yield ratio of HP345 steel from the initial 0.81 to 0.76.The mechanical properties of the plate can also meet the required of GB 6653-2008.
