Abstract:According to current smelting process and production data, the method for predicting endpoint phosphorus content of BOF was investigated. Metallurgic mechanism model and partial leastsquare model were adopted to analyze the influence factors on phosphorus content of steel. A prediction model of endpoint phosphorus content for BOF process is established based on partial leastsquare regression. The results show that the hit rate of training data set reaches 87.26% with absolute error range of ±0.003%, and that of test data set is 86.27%.
