Abstract:Based on CaO-SiO2-FeO ternary slag system, the effect of basicity and slag components on distribution ratio of phosphorous and end phosphorous content in pretreatment dephosphorization converter was calculated using regular solution model. Meanwhile, the liquidus temperature of slag was simulated by Factsage software to study the effect of slag components on liquidus temperature of slag. It could be concluded that ferrous slag-forming route was feasible for pretreatment dephosphorization converter. The early slag composition was 15%CaO-44%SiO2-41%FeO, the medium slag composition was 53%CaO -25.5%SiO2-21.5%FeO, the later slag composition was 63.6%CaO-30.3%SiO2-6.1%FeO, which could be as references for operation of pretreatment dephosphorization converter.
