Abstract:It is expounded that the main factors influencing the qualified rate of converter steel narrow-composition: large difference of molten steel oxidizing and weight between before and after heats, non-standard deoxidation and alloying operation, low composition uniformity of molten steel in the primary refining. The carbon qualified rate was improved by 11.16%, silicon by 13.88%, manganese by 12.68% and chromium by 9.8% by formulating converter smelting operation mode, making the ferroalloy recovery reference for every steel grade according to carbon content at endpoint. establishing the intelligent bottom blowing mode and the standard of feeding wire in ladle, standardizing ferroalloy adding operation, maintaining tapping hole dynamically and controlling ferroalloy batch precisely.
