Discussion on BF-BOF Configuration and Production Organization in the All Plate and Strip Steelmaking Plant

Abstract:Firstly, based on precision-coordination configuration, this article studies the BF-BOF equipment configuration of platform for clean steel production of all plate and strip used the mode of full hot metal desulfurization and dephosphorization silicon and the technology of DPBOF+DCBOF process. Then, based on continuous-compact layout, this article discusses the layout of BF-BOF of the steelmaking plant of all plate and strip. Finally, based on dynamic-ordered running, this article discusses the production organization mode of BF-BOF with basic ‘laminar flow’.
