Abstract:Meishan Steel′s No.3 Sintering Plant was put into operation in 2004. With the increase of its operation time, its original equipment conditions and technical level gradually do not meet current requirements of energy saving and environmental protection. In recent years, combined with its own development needs, by upgrading its technical equipment and adopting new energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, such as main exhaust fan inverter technology, vertical cooling furnace technology, circulating fluidized bed desulphurization technology and ozone oxidation denitrification technology, the energy-saving and environmental protection level of the No.3 Sintering Plant got greatly improved. The energy consumption level was reduced to 45.6 kg/t. The emission index of sintering flue gas after treatment was less than 35 mg/m3, NOx concentration was less than 50 mg/m3, and dust concentration was less than 10 mg/m3, meeting the requirements of ultra-low emission index.
