The structure, movement and hydraulic control of the hydraulic ladle tilting device were analyzed and explored in detail against the bad working conditions and operation requirements, and the advantages and disadvantages of the typical hydraulic tilting device in the process of practical use were analyzed in depth. Then, the ladle tilting device and hydraulic control system were designed, which solve the problem of clamping resistance of the tilting device and improve the stability, bearing the capacity and applicable range of the tilting device. By calculating and optimizing the design, the heating problem of the system was solved. Besides, the multistage protection improved the safety performance of tilting control, realized the stability and accurate control of the tilting device, and reduced the use failure of the equipment.
