Abstract:The development process of 60-80mm thickness Q460GJD- Z35 steel plate for high- rise building in Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co.,Ltd., by 100t converter- LF+VD refining-pouring-3800mm mill TMCP rolling was introduced. Based on the rational design of the chemical compositions, severe smelting and casting as well as the reasonable billet heating and TMCP rolling process control, the 60-80mm thickness Q460GJD- Z35 steel plate under TMCP delivery state was successfully developed. With the micro- alloying composition design, through the TMCP process, the excellent mechanical performance indexes for the steel under controlled rolling condition was obtained by making full use of fine grain strengthening, precipitation, strengthening and other means.. Without the normalizing heat treatment process, the cost was reduced and the production period was also shorten.
