Abstract:Ladle is the important equipment in steel industry and its lifetime directly influences the normal production of entire enterprise. In this work, the temperature distribution model of ladle is established by FEM, the feasible test scheme is determined according to actual working condition and the test experiment is carried out. The result shows that the tested temperature values are accordance with calculated basically.
