In this paper, by means of made analysis of boron characteristics and proposed measures to improve metallurgical quality of boron steel,taking appropriate technical measures to stabilize and reduce content of nitrogen and oxygen in steel,rational control the amount of aluminum and titanium,optimize process of added boron,install monitoring equipments to improve the capability of process parameters. Production practice has proved that recovery of boron from 70% -85% to 90%, achieved precise controlling of boron content, at the same time suppressed and reduced of boron phase precipitation, realized to improve the metallurgical quality purposes.
