摘要 钢铁料消耗包括转炉钢水消耗和连铸钢水消耗。通过采取降低转炉和连铸钢水消耗以及降低系统温度和中间包包龄攻关等措施来降低炼钢厂钢铁料消耗,取得明显的经济效益。

Abstract :The consumption of hot metal and scrap includes converter consumption of hot metal and scrap and CC consumption of molten steel. The paper gives technological measures to reduce the consumption of hot metal and scrap according to reducing converter consumption of hot metal and scrap, CC consumption of molten steel, system temperature and increasing continuous heats of tundish. The measures have been adopted with economic benefit.
