Abstract:The roof of ZSD hotblast stove in Jigang often crazes in combustion process. This influences the useful life of stove directly.The combustion process of ZSD hotblast stove in Jigang was studied by using numerical simulation method. It was found that gas and temperature distribution in ZSD hotblast stove was not uniform. So, burner structure in ZSD hotblast stove was reformed. Gas and temperature distribution is uniform after burner reformation. The thermal efficiency is increased, and the stove wall is protected, and the useful life of stove is prolonged.
