Abstract:The modified internal combustion hot stove technology imported from VAI and used in Meishan No.2 280 m3 blast furnace is introduced.Its structure features and design parameters are described. The high air temperature in internal combustion hot stove is ensured by proper design and structure, and selected refractory materials. Tube bundle heat exchanger is adopted for adjunctive burning furnace using supplemented BFG as fuel. High air temperature of over 200 ℃ is achieved in the internal combustion hot stove using whole BFG as fuel.
