Study on Choosing Coal Used in MixedJetting of Hangang Blast Furnace

Abstract:Based on the coal injection state of Hangang blast furnace, the physical and chemical analyses of anthracite coal and bituminite, such as industry analysis, jet characteristic, explosiveness, flare point, ash fusion point and mix coal burning rate, were researched systemically. The results show that Dawan coal is the best kind of bituminite to be used in Hangang blast furnaces, Zhunlian and Laozhanggou bituminite are the next choices. The optimal anthracite coal is the Changzhi anthracite. The compose of Dawan coal and Changzhi coal is the better mixed coal to be used in Hangang blast furnace.
