Abstract:Application situation and effect of new long- life and high- efficiency production technology for blast furnace in Xuansteel were summarized, and reasonable ways for the production which were suitble for the Xuansteel′s raw material were put forward. From construction design to operation management, the blast furnace long- life and high- efficiency production technology with Xuansteel characteristics were build up. A economic and reasonable design that was ″optimum combination of cooling intensification and heating avoidance method of gradient brick layout″ in BF hearth and bottom was used to build the management mechanism about blast furnace hearth active degree on the condition of smelting with middle Ti, minimize the content of deleterious elements such as kalium, sodium and zinc, and decrease the hearth gas gap, which can make the long- life and high- efficiency production realized.
