Abstract:Base on the collective drive of high- speed rod- rolling mill, in order to ensure the micro constant tension in rolling, the requirements of continuous rolling tension can be satisfied by matching each roller diameter r for the finishing mill. After the roller diameter of high- speed rod- rolling mill is discrete, the minimum tension between the finishing mills is optimized by the dynamic programming method according to multi- stage decision- making of multiple stages. For rolling the wire of diameter 10mm, the total tension coefficient dropped about 37% by the optimization of minimum tension.
