Abstract:Jigang strip production line of high pressure water descaling pump station has two sets of systems: the old one is chongqing pump group, with large energy consumption, low pressure descaling, incomplete tin oxide removal and high equipment failure rate.The new one is Great pump group whose operation is stable. But the old and new sets of systems were not compatible which restricts the smooth running of production. By applying energy-saving optimization for the Chongqing system, the descaling box, descaling header and line were optimized, and the interface of the two sets of systems and control mode of integration, and the operating mode were optimized. It reduced the energy consumption, improved the pressure of descaling and descaling effect, and ensured the quality of the steel plate surface.
