Design features of PCI for the No.3 1080m3 blast furnace in Anhui Changjiang Steel Corporation

Abstract:The technical equipments and technological characteristics of coal injection facilities were discussed, which was the second stage of the technical transformation project of the No.3 BF in Anhui Changjiang Steel Corporation. Some advanced technologies were applied in this project, such as wasted heat recovery from the waste gas of HBS, the technology of pressure relief fan replacing the dust collector that was at the top of the pulverized coal bunker, the use of three parallel injected tanks in coal injection system, and the PC dense phase conveying technology of single main pipe and single distributor, etc. The above skills provided excellent conditions for the No.3 BF to achieve energy-saving and cost-reducing targets.
