RH喷嘴对钢液流动影响的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of RH Nozzles on Molten Steel Flow
摘要 摘要:以某厂300tRH为研究背景装置,建立了整个装置的三维数学模型。用双流体模型处理气液两相流,分析了吹氩喷嘴个数、垂直间距、排数和分布形式对钢液流场和循环流量的影响。结果表明:在工况吹氩量时,钢液流场变化趋势不大,循环流量随吹氩喷嘴个数增加先增加后降低;吹氩喷嘴垂直间距为150mm更合适;吹氩喷嘴上下两排交错分布更合理。

Abstract :Abstract: A three-dimensional mathematical model for the simulation of molten steel flow in the whole 300tRH unit has been established. The gas-liquid two-phase flow has been treated and described by two-fluid model. The influences of process parameters such as nozzles number、 interval and row number which affecting steel flow behavior and circulation flow rate are simulated, Results show that: flow field of changing trend has a little change and circulation flow rate is changed with number of nozzles; it is proper to control nozzles plumb of interval in 150mm and arrange nozzles in interleaving way under going form.
