Abstract:Using the RH-LF duplex refining process,the 340 MPa cold rolled high strength IF steel was developed in CSP process. The material got the designed chemical composition. The test resulted showed that the microstructure was equiaxed ferrite after batch annealing,the grain size of test material was ASTM 10 and the mechanical properties met the specification requirements of the 340 MPa cold rolled high strength IF steel. The EBSD results showed the annealing texture were dominated by near γ texture (<111>∥ND) and some α textures (<110>//RD). And the higher density texture of {112}<110> and {001}<110> in the α textures of the test material caused that the test material had lower plastic strain ratio r and the Δr was below zero.
