Abstract:Effect of inclusions(oxides metallurgy technology)on the organization of the welding heat affected zone is expounded and the influence of various titaniferous inclusions in steel on the nucleation mechanism of intracrystalline ferrite is, which includes several measures such as Ti deoxidation, Ti- Mg complex deoxidation, Ti- Nb- N complex deoxidation, Ti- Al complex deoxidation and Ti- Mn- Si complex deoxidation how to provide the best condition for the formation of ferrite is discussed under these measures and at last the development prospects of grain refinement of the heat affected zone caused by titaniferous inclusions in pipeline steel is forecasted.
