Abstract:Annealing is the key limit in the productive process of IF steel. Focusing on the TI- IF steel produced by CSP process in JiuSteel, the effect of batch type annealing process on microstructure and properties of Ti- IF steel is investigated. The results indicate that when the annealing temperature increases from 680℃ to 750℃ within 2h, tensile strength reduces from 284 to 268MPa, yield strength reduces from 114MPa to 96MPa , yield ratio decreases from 0.40 to 0.36, elongation increases from 44.25% to 47% and r90 increases from 2.22 to 2.60.
