Abstract:The effects of different annealing process on the mechanical properties of Cr-Mn-Ni-N stainless steel were studied by simulating the annealing experiments in laboratory. Microstructure and grain size after annealing of Cr-Mn-Ni-N stainless steel were tested. The surfaces of Cr-Mn-Ni-N stainless steel under different pickling process were analyzed. The results showed that the annealing processes had no obvious influence on the performance of Cr-Mn-Ni-N stainless steel. The oxide scale on the surface of steel plate can be eliminated by using the technology of nitric acid pickling and acid pickling after neutral salt electrolysis. However,it is necessary to pay attention to the coordination of electrolytic current,acid concentration and temperature in the process of pickling.
