Abstract:From the perspective of precise design,a multi-objective mathematical model of rod and wire production process of converter-continuous casting-hot rolling was established according to the product outline, aiming at narrowing the gap between the actual productivity and the target productivity, and increasing the average effective operation efficiency. The model was solved by improved hierarchical sequence method, and the capacity was calculate in order to get the reasonable results. Based on the product outline of a newly-built steel plant, the capacity matching of rod and wire production process of converter-hot rolling section in the plant was studied using this model, and the optimized design scheme was given.
