Abstract:The overall mechanical properties of heat-treated 65Mn are superior. 65Mn cold-rolled strips are used widely, such as making springs and saw blades. In order to gain change laws of mechanical properties of 65Mn cold-rolled wide strips along with total cold-rolling deformation rate, mechanical properties of 65Mn cold-rolled hardened and annealed wide strips with different degrees were studied. Laws obtained from studies can be used to forecast mechanical properties of 65Mn cold-rolled wide strip and guide the practical production. Annealed strips produced by the process of cold-rolling after annealing 65Mn raw materials have steady mechanical properties and preferable plasticity.
