摘要 在研究了负荷分配与轧制规程设定关系、轧制工艺条件与轧制功率关系的基础上,经过大量的现场试验跟踪与理论分析,充分结合宝钢1220五机架冷连轧机的设备特点以及镀锡原板轧制的工艺特点,以相对负荷均匀为目标,提出了一套冷连轧机以功率为优化目标的压下制度设定技术,并将其应用到宝钢1220五机架冷连轧机的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步的推广应用价值。

Abstract :Based on researching relation between load distribution and rolling rules setting, relation between rolling craft condition and rolling power, with lots of field tests and theory analysis, this thesis puts forward a set of cold tandem mill pressure rules that optimize power, which is combined with facility feature of Baosteel 1220 five stand cold tandem mill and the rolling craft of tinning primary and makes relative load uniform as target. It is put into practice of Baosteel 1220 five stand cold tandem mill, which gets good effect and has further extending application value.
