Abstract:For the conventional hot-dip galvanized sheet adopting carbon-manganese design with C as the strengthening element, it is prone to defective surface of the finished steel sheet. At the same time, when ultra-low carbon steel adding with micro-alloying elements to strengthen, there is a problem of higher cost. The influence of the composition on the quality of the finished hot-dip galvanized steel sheet was studied by taking the typical hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 0.3 mm and strength of 320 MPa as the research object. Under the premise of cost control and through the combination optimization of C and P composition, a set of composition comprehensive optimization scheme based on the design of carbon and manganese and taking into account the product quality was put forward. After applying the comprehensive optimization scheme to the production practice of an iron and steel enterprise, the galvanized sheet products with the strength of over 320 MPa and the colorless surface were produced, which met the requirements of bare use of household appliances and created great economic benefits for the enterprise, thus having the value of further promotion and application.
