Abstract:Temperature distribution on cross-section of copper plate was calculated by using finite heat transfer model. The effects of several factors on the temperature distribution on the cross-section of copper plate were analyzed, including arrangement, width and depth of water channels, bolts layout. Then, the optimized ranges of width and depth of water channel under different arrangements were concluded based on the calculated results, and the optimization method of parameters was proposed. Results indicate that when the number of water channels between two bolts is below 6, the space between two bolts should be lower than 140 mm, and the optimized range of the ratio of width to depth is from 0.3 to 3.2. When the number of water channels between two bolts is higher than 6, the optimized space between two bolts is from 120 to 180 mm, and the optimized range of the ratio of bolt depth width to bolt width is from 0.9 to 2.0. Furthermore,the depth of bolt could be increased to improve the cooling effect of the bolt.
