Abstract:According to the technical requirements of 14Cr1MoR steel plate, the feasibility of improving the low-temperature impact toughness of 14Cr1MoR steel plate with large thickness by using ACC after rolling was analyzed. The effects of finishing rolling temperature, ACC water content and reddish temperature on the low temperature impact toughness of 14Cr1MoR steel plate were studied, and a complete and mature set of matching rolling processes was formed, the problem of low-temperature impact toughness of 14Cr1MoR steel plate was successfully solved. The practice has proved that it is feasible to improve the low-temperature impact toughness of 14Cr1MoR steel sheet by ACC after rolling. Meanwhile, the economic and social benefits brought by this process are remarkable, which is conducive to leading the development of 14Cr1MoR steel towards high quality.
