Abstract:In order to remove phosphorus in converter slag and recycling utilization of molten slag in the converter, thermodynamic analysis of gasification dephosphorization and effect of different factor on dephosphorization percentage in combined blowing converter are studied. The result shows that it is feasible to use C to reduce P2O5 of P in molten slag at steelmaking temperature. Slag temperature, reducing material consumption and FeO mass percentage in slag were obviously influence on dephosphorization percentage, and the data are 1 660- 1 670 ℃, 150- 200 kg and 20%, respectively, dephosphorization percentage reach more than 30%. Production practice shows recycling utilization of molten slag can decrease lime consumption by 3.29 kg/t, ferrous consumption by 2.94 kg/t and steelmaking cost by of 5.48 yuan/t.
