Abstract:Under the premise of dust emission standards below 10 mg/m3, the 210 t converter dry dust removal system was discussed. The design of the process system mainly included the optimization selection of the evaporative cooler, electrostatic precipitator, axial fan, three- phase intelligent frequency conversion power supply, piping system and dry dust removal process. Finally, the diameter of the evaporative cooler was set as 6 m and the diameter of the electrostatic precipitator was set as 11.6 m. At the same time, the control technology using the combination of IGBT frequency conversion control and intelligent fuzzy power optimization can be put into operation to meet the emission requirements of less than 10 mg/m3.
