Abstract:In order to research the effect of ZnO on the coke gasification reaction, two kinds of coke gasification reaction with different ZnO mass fraction were compared by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and the results showed that with the increase of the mass fraction of ZnO, the catalytic effect of coke gasification reaction was more obvious in a certain concentration range of ZnO. By comparing the characteristics of temperature, the effect of gasification reaction of coke B was obvious. From the conversion rate (DTG) curve, it was found that after the addition of ZnO, the coke gasification reaction rate increased from the beginning of the reaction temperature to 950 ℃, and the higher mass fraction of zinc oxide, the faster the reaction rate. Between 950-1 056 ℃, the reaction rate tended to be stable. After that, an upward trend showed. KissingerAkahiraSunose (KAS) model was used to calculate the kinetic parameters, which indicated that the activation energy of coke gasification reaction was reduced after adding ZnO.
