Abstract:The phosphorus enrichment in different microarea of the earlier and final slag during the double-slag operation in converter was studied. The results show that the enrichment level of P is the highest in the microarea whose Rm is between 2.0 to 2.5. And the P mass fraction is higher in slag microarea whose Ca mass fraction in the earlier and final slag is between 16%~20% and 33%~33%,respectively. The P enrichment in microarea is closely related to the Si mass fraction, and the P mass fraction is at higher point in the microarea whose Si mass fraction is 9%~12% in final slag and 13%~14% in earlier slag. The Fe mass fraction in the microarea has clear impact on the P enrichment, and the P mass fraction can get the maximum value when the Fe mass fraction is between 5%~9%. The higher P mass fraction appears in the microarea whose Mg mass fraction is low.
