Abstract:Through the study on control technology of nitrogen content during the process of 300 t BOF→LF→RH→CC in Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Company,the influence factors and control measures of nitrogen content in molten steel were discussed. Combined with the production practice,process optimization measures including strengthening BOF operation,slagging by submerged arcin the LF,ensuring vacuum degree of RH and protecting casting in continuous casting were proposed. Especially,the nitrogen absorption during LF refining was controlled and the denitrification function of RH refining was performed. Thus,the nitrogen absorption was less than 0.001 0% after the development of LF refining. The nitrogen content can be 0.003 0% after RH refining,and the average nitrogen absorption can be 0.000 14% during the continuous casting process,and the average nitrogen content in the finished product of pipeline steel in Beijing Shougang Jingtang was 0.003 1%,which reached the level of advanced enterprises.
