Abstract:With the rapid development of automobile lightweight,hot forming steel is developing more and more quick. Ordinary coating can not meet the requirements of the hot forming process. Hot dip aluminum silicon steel plate with excellent heat corrosion resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance and appearance of the decorative performance has been widely applied. At present,there is little research on the Al-Si coatings in China,and the aluminized silicon hot stamping forming steel used in the domestic automobile manufacturing plant mainly relies on imports. The CAG-III hot dip galvanizing simulation test machine is used for hot dip aluminum silicon experiments under different hot dip coating technique,and by the scanning electron microscope,the surface and cross section morphology are observed and the energy spectrum is analyzed. The experiment results show that Al-Si coating cross section organization is mainly composed of aluminum solid solution,Al-Fe-Si ternary alloy and Fe-Al binary alloy. The optimal process is that the dipping temperature is 690 ℃ and the dipping time is 5 s.
