Abstract:Oxygen lance nozzle consists of the contraction and expansion two segments, whether the type of line is reasonable or not directly affects the flow of the stand or fall of performance. So the choice of the reasonable design method of nozzle design has important significance on the nozzle design. Based on the analytical method the contraction and expansion periods of a supersonic nozzle are designed, which are calculated using the CFD numerical simulation technology. By analyzing the oxygen lance nozzle jet properties based on the analytical method, it is concluded that the internal pressure is reduced, the speed is increased and the pressure loss is small. At the same time, the paragraphs fluid can stable transition, Mach number of the exit meets the design requirements.
