Application of BF Neural Network to Predict Silicon Content in Hot Metal

Abstract:With the development of modern science and technology, as the uprating computer technology, The automatic operation of BF becomes more and more important. The predicting silicon content in hot metal can reflect the hot state and component of hot metal, also is very important to identify the state of BF. This article, built a BP Neural Network model based on the predecessor with account of various factors. Through the calculation of field data of BF, it indicates the result of simulation coincide to the steel work.
