For blast furnace operation, it is difficult to use existing technology for accurate analysis of blast furnace smelting process. As a non-contact, high precision, fast and effective methods of measuring, Laser technology becomes more and more attention in the metallurgical industry。Based on measuring process in a few reality blast furnace, laser technology is developed by measurement of material surface in receiving hopper, monitoring of feeder spout chute drive and measurement of rotating chute angle, measurement of trajectory of charging and burden profile in bell-less top of blast furnace. Accelerate laser technology in burden of bell-less top blast furnace development and promotion.
