Abstract:Based on Cr microalloying,the influence of V、Nb、Ti and their interactions on casting blank macrostructure and segregation were researched.The results show that Nb has great influence on the refinement of dendrite ,which obviously influences carbon segregation in the range of addition,reducing carbon segregation with the increase of Nb addition. In V microalloying、VNb microalloying and VNbTi microalloying,carbon segregation evidently reduces with the increase of V addition. Ti hasn’t apparent influence on carbon segregation in the range of addition,but obviously reduces Mn segregation. To some extent V、Nb and Ti reduce Mn、Si and S segregation.
