Abstract:In this study, it is discussed that effect of characteristic of fine ore on the fluidity for liquid and the strength of sinter. The chemical constitution, particle size and CaO concentration was included. Based on the experiment result, CaO concentration corresponding to the best fluidity and the shortest melting time for B ore with few gangue are 26%. CaO concentration of the best fluidity and the shortest melting time increases with increasing SiO2 and Al2O3 content in the ore (such as A ore). The sintered strength increases with increasing the fluidity of fine ore and decreasing of melting time.
