The different content of TiO 2 of affecting titanium sinter quality was studied by sintering cup test. Re- search shows that in the content range of TiO 2 is 2.8%~4.4%, as the TiO 2 content increased, the sinter drum in- dex, yield reduction, reducing and low temperature reduction degradation index are reduced. The easy reduction of iron-bearing minerals phase titanium hematite, iron acid calcium, strength good mixed corrosion structure reduced with the content increasing of titanium magnetite; the sinter porosity increased, skeleton crystalline titanium hema- tite content increased, sex brittle and do not have bonding effect of perovskite content increase its grain change, fill in the mixed corrosion structure, which is the main reason for the decline in the quality of the sinter.
