Abstract:A flow model based on theoretic analysis was developed to represent FBR (FluidizedBed Reactor).Some equations were given to confirm parameters of fluidizedbed reactor, such as gas velocity, reactor size, and production capability and so on. A criterion was proposed to judge the fluidization regime. Results of the given example show good consistency with that of literature. Parameters result from above model is reasonable. The model provides a good guidance for fluidizedbed reactor ironmaking process.
