Abstract:In order to increase the blending effect of material, a mathematical model of pileup material system with flow volume varying layer by layer is established and a control system is developed on this foundation. The key technology and the operating principle are discussed and the method for realizing the quick exchange of mesh data with Citect API is introduced. Using the system, the blending effect of material is improved obviously, the quality of neutralization material is raised as well as the output and quality of sinter are increased evidently.
