Abstract:In order to further improve the ability of fluidizedbed roaster to adapt to the high copper and zinc concentrate, the copper content in the furnace charge should be adjusted on the condition of the other operating conditions remaining constant during production to analyze the adverse effects of high copper and zinc concentrate on fluidizedbed roasting. According to the reaction mechanism of copper in the fluidizedbed roasting process, combined with the actual production, the copper content in zinc concentrate for fluidized roasting was improved gradually by optimizing the batching method and the refinement of the operation method, which obtained good effects and created good benefits for the enterprises.
