Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the original straightening mode depending on the thickness of the steel plate alone, on the basis of the existing models with various defects in straightening, the principle of the thickness and variable roller was further optimized according to the actual production characteristics. The thickness was refined by the yield strength, the maximum plastic deformation rate of the straightening mode was reduced from 3 to 2, the straightening mode with 9/5 roller mode of the cold straightening machine was optimized, the fixed straightening mode was changed and the dynamic regulation of the straightening mode was realized, which was determined by the strength and thickness of steel plate. The defect plate turned into good flatness after straightening and completely met the standard.
