Refined management for energy consumption in sintering process and software development

Abstract:Based on the problems of high energy consumption,low levels of energy efficiency and extensive energy management in the sintering production,a energy consumption calculation analysis model in sintering process was established through the theoretical calculation combined with actual sintering production,and the software implementation of the model was realized. The analysis of an example shows that the software system can more accurately calculate the various energy consumption of sintering plant,achieve refined management for energy consumption in the sintering process and help the sintering plant know the overall energy-using situation of sintering system,the main problem of energy consumption and energy saving potential better,which has high practical value in energy efficiency evaluation of sintering process.
